California is the largest state in Amercia, offering the independent gay and
lesbian traveler a range of travel, sightseeing options, let alone the world famous
gay/lesbian districts and cities like West Hollywood City in Los Angeles, the
Castro in San Francisco, Russian
River in Sonoma County, to name a few of the many existing gay and lesbian
destinations that California has to offer.
California is know for sun, beauty and movies but has wide historical heritage reflecting the early settlers that cross the USA to the Californian dream. California uniqueness is refected in the range of gay and lesbian or 'Gay Friendly' accommodation that is available within California ranging from small bed & breakfast guesthouses, boutique inns and lodges to boutique hotels and luxury hotels. Currently. Gaytravel Net USA will be making available accommodation that may not be necessary 'Gay Friendly' as defined by Gaytravel Net in association with Gay Tourism New Zealand, New Zealand Gay Lesbian Tourism Association and Gay and Lesbian Tourism Australia. Where possible, those straight accommodation or tourism providers who meet the meet the criteria of being 'Gay Friendly' will be marked accordingly. Also, during the building of Gaytravel Net USA, some states may not have full transfer, venue and sightseeing options. This information will be added over a period of time. |
